This Privacy Policy describes how Wealth Automators (“Wealth Automators,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with our websites located at wealthautomators.io, wealthautomators.ai and wealthautomators.io/contact/ (together, the “Sites”), and the services we provide (the “Services”). This policy also covers this Wealth Automators website preview and our linked application and booking flow.
Summary at a Glance

- We use data to provide and improve Services, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations.
- You can exercise privacy rights (access, delete, opt out of sale/sharing, etc.) via our contact methods.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
1) Information We Collect
a) Information You Provide
Contact & Account Data: name, email, phone number, business name, role/title, and content of messages or form submissions.
Commercial Data: services requested, budget ranges, current investment categories, income goals, available capital, timing, and other information you choose to provide in an application. Please do not submit bank account numbers, card details, government identification numbers or account passwords through the introductory form.
Communications Preferences: marketing opt-ins/opt-outs.
b) Information Collected Automatically
Usage & Device Data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, and timestamps.
Cookies & Similar Technologies: small files placed on your device to operate the Sites, remember preferences, analyze engagement, and personalize content.
Analytics: we may use analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics) that collect information about your interactions with the Sites.
Application and booking information
Our introductory application is hosted by Typeform. Opening the form connects your browser to Typeform; information you enter is processed through that service. We use your answers to review fit, respond to your inquiry and arrange the next step. If you continue to scheduling, the booking service may receive your contact details so you do not need to enter them again. The application may ask about your goals and available capital. Completing it does not create a services agreement.
See Typeform’s privacy information for its processing practices.
2) How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, and improve the Sites and Services.
- Respond to inquiries; schedule and conduct consultations or onboarding.
- Customize content, communications, and marketing (where permitted by law).
- Monitor and analyze usage, trends, and the effectiveness of the Sites.
- Detect, prevent, and address security incidents or fraudulent/illegal activity.
- Comply with applicable laws, legal processes, and enforce agreements.
3) How We Share Information
- Service Providers: vendors that help us operate the Sites/Services (e.g., hosting, CRM, analytics, communication tools) subject to contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
- Business Transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
- Legal & Compliance: to comply with law, legal process, or respond to lawful requests; to protect rights, safety, and property.
- With Consent: we may share information for other purposes with your consent or at your direction.
4) Cookies, Analytics, & Tracking
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not function properly without certain cookies. For provider-specific choices, see Google’s privacy information and the Google Analytics browser opt-out tool. Browser settings alone may not prevent every form of tracking. Do Not Track signals may not be honored due to a lack of industry standard.
Website measurement and your choices
On wealthautomators.io, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity are managed through Google Tag Manager and load by default unless you have disabled optional tracking or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to reopen the cookie popup and change your selection. Declining does not prevent you from reading pages, watching videos or opening the booking form. An explicit choice is remembered in browser storage until you change it or clear that storage; a fallback preference cookie lasts up to one year. When optional tracking is enabled, campaign parameters, ad-click identifiers, referring domains and landing pages are stored on this device for up to 90 days to connect your first visit and most recent attributed visit with the booking form. These attribution fields may be passed to Typeform with your application. GA4 event-level data is retained for 14 months. A Global Privacy Control signal keeps optional tracking off. These measurement tools do not load on the design preview.
Leadpipe visitor identification loads by default alongside the optional measurement tools, subject to your saved choice and Global Privacy Control. Deny or a Global Privacy Control signal prevents this pixel from loading. Hosting providers may separately process operational request data, and the preview host supplies Cloudflare web analytics.
- Google Analytics 4: measure traffic sources, page engagement and application events, such as opening or submitting a form. Google Tag Manager will manage the installation of configured tags. We do not intend to send application answers, names, email addresses or phone numbers as analytics event parameters.
- Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights: measure page visits and website performance while optional tracking is enabled on the production site. Our configuration removes query strings and URL fragments from page URLs before these tools send events. Vercel also processes hosting request data to deliver and secure the site.
- Microsoft Clarity: use interaction information, heatmaps and session replay to understand navigation and improve the website. This can involve cookies and other browser identifiers. Sensitive fields and personal information must be masked or excluded before activation. Microsoft’s processing is described in its Privacy Statement.
- Leadpipe: use a visitor-identification pixel to associate eligible website visits with contact or company information supplied by the provider, potentially including names, email addresses, phone numbers and business profiles. The purposes are lead research, relevant follow-up and attribution. This goes beyond anonymous traffic measurement. It is subject to your cookie choice, Global Privacy Control and applicable opt-out rights.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram): while optional tracking is enabled, Meta receives page-view events and browser information to measure advertising performance and support advertising audiences. The pixel can use Meta browser identifiers, including _fbp and _fbc cookies. We do not send application answers, names, email addresses or phone numbers in these pixel events. Deny, withdrawing your cookie choice, or a Global Privacy Control signal prevents further optional pixel tracking. See Meta’s Privacy Policy for its processing practices.
- Gauge: assess how the company and its pages appear in AI answers and citations. This is a separate measurement activity; no Gauge visitor-tracking script or transfer of form answers has been configured on this preview.
Disabling optional cookies clears this site’s analytics and Meta cookies where possible and reloads the page to stop the active tags; it does not retroactively remove information already received by a provider. The site respects saved opt-out choices and Global Privacy Control. Browsing the website or accepting the Terms is not a substitute for any consent required for optional tracking or marketing.
